Services for Mary Ann Lehew Slone, 60, of Los Gatos, Calif., will be from noon to 1:00 p.m. today at the Neptune Society in San Jose, Calif. Slone, who was affectionately know as Ms Paws and Granny Paws, died July 30, 2006 in Los Gatos, Calif. after a decade-long battle with breast cancer.
Slone was born December 9, 1945, in Newark, Oh., to Mr. and Mrs Ernest E. and Elma Lehew. She was a graduate of Newark High School class of 1963.
Mary Ann loved her feline friends, women's sports, The Cal Band, and her grandson David.
She is survived by husband, Harold G. Slone; two daughters, Melanie Slone of Carlsbad, Calif. and Trisha (Richard) Meyer of Orange County, Calif; son, Brian; grandson, David Meyer of Orange County, Calif;
She was preceded in death by her parents.
