A memorial service for Charlotte Pauline Webb Starcher, 63, of Reynoldsburg, will be at a later date. Inurnment will take place in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
Charlotte died March 3, 2009, at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. She was born April 30, 1945, in Newark to the late Orville C. and Leona H. (Shaver) Webb. She was a 1963 graduate of Newark High School and later the Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. Tenn.
Charlotte was retired from Labcorp where she had been employed for over 20 years and had also worked for several doctors in the Columbus area. She enjoyed crocheting and traveling and was a member of the Nazarene Church.
She is survived by a brother, Roger (Debbie) Webb; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Starcher, in 2004; and by two sisters, Leona and Marjorie; and two brothers, Kenneth and Donald.
